The price of delivery charges varies starting from $5 to $12 depending on location. If you require your purchase to be delivered after our operating hours, there will be additional charges up to $25. A surcharge of $20 is applicable for deliveries to Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, CBD and High Security Areas. If for any reason the recipient is not at the point of delivery and the flowers cannot be delivered, a relocation charge of $15 will be imposed.
Quality of flowers depends on seasonal weather. If we can’t get exact flowers as requested, we will inform you of what alternate solutions we can provide. Every order defers slightly in appearance.
Cancellation of orders must be made 3 days prior delivery date. A 50% cancellation charge will be levied on orders cancelled within 3 days to delivery. However, full purchase amount applies to last minute orders.
Once your order has been placed we will send you an invoice with the relevant details of payment method. You can either PayNow to the company UEN or do a direct bank transfer to the company account. Once payment has been made, please send us a screen shot of the payment details. Order will be confirmed only after payment is made.

Once you have placed the order, send us a screen shot of your payment via Whats App. You will receive an invoice with the details of your order and delivery.
